يساعدنا أن تذكر طراز الجوال وإصدار أندرويد وإصدار التطبيق (من صفحة التطبيق في متجر Play أو إعدادات أندرويد)، وما الذي حدث بالضبط. لا ترسل لنا رموز تحقق أو محتوى رسائل حساسة.

It helps to tell us your phone model, Android version and app version (shown on the app's page in Android Settings), and what exactly happened. Please don't send us verification codes or sensitive message content.

بعض الشركات المصنعة، مثل Xiaomi وHuawei وOppo وVivo وSamsung، توقف التطبيقات في الخلفية بقوة، والتطبيق المتوقف لا يرى الرسالة الواردة. افتح داخل التطبيق: المساعدة ← إبقاء التحويل يعمل، وستجد خطوات جوالك تحديداً، مثل:

• تفعيل التشغيل التلقائي للتطبيق.
• اختيار «بلا قيود» لاستهلاك البطارية.
• قفل التطبيق في قائمة التطبيقات الحديثة حتى لا يُغلق.

وتأكد أيضاً أن مفتاح التحويل في الشاشة الرئيسية مفعّل، وأن قاعدة واحدة على الأقل مفعّلة، وأن أذونات SMS ممنوحة.

Some phone makers, such as Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo and Samsung, stop background apps aggressively, and a stopped app never sees the incoming message. In the app, open Help, then Keep forwarding running for the exact steps for your phone, such as:

• Turn on auto-start for the app.
• Set battery use to No restrictions.
• Lock the app in Recent apps so it is not closed.

Also check that the switch on the home screen is on, at least one rule is on, and the SMS permissions are granted.

هذه حماية مقصودة: كل قاعدة ترفض رموز التحقق وكلمات المرور ورسائل البنك ما لم تسمح بها. بقيت الرسالة على جوالك ولم تُرسل لأي مكان. إن أردت أن تحوّلها قاعدة معيّنة، افتح القاعدة وفعّل السماح بها بعد قراءة التحذير، لأن الرمز المحوَّل يفتح الحساب الذي يحميه.

That is on purpose: every rule refuses one-time codes, passwords and bank alerts unless you allow them. The message stayed on your phone and went nowhere. If you want a specific rule to forward them, open the rule and allow it after reading the warning, because a forwarded code is as good as the account it protects.

الاشتراكات تُدار بالكامل عبر Google Play. لإلغاء الاشتراك أو تغييره: افتح متجر Play ← صورة حسابك ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات ← SMS Forwarder.

عند انتهاء الاشتراك لا يُحذف شيء: تستمر قاعدتك الأولى بوجهتها الأولى مجاناً، وينتظر الباقي حتى تشترك مجدداً. لطلبات الاسترداد، اتبع سياسة الاسترداد في Google Play أو راسلنا.

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play. To cancel or change yours: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, SMS Forwarder.

When a subscription ends, nothing is deleted: your first rule keeps working with its first destination for free, and the rest waits until you subscribe again. For refunds, follow Google Play's refund policy or email us.

لا ننشئ لك حساباً، ولا نشغّل خادماً يستقبل رسائلك أو يخزّنها. كل بياناتك (القواعد والإعدادات والسجل وبيانات دخول الوجهات) على جوالك فقط. لحذفها:

• من داخل التطبيق: امسح السجل من شاشة السجل، واحذف القواعد التي لا تريدها.
• حذف كامل: إعدادات أندرويد ← التطبيقات ← SMS Forwarder ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات، أو احذف التطبيق.
• نسخة Google الاحتياطية: إن كان النسخ الاحتياطي مفعّلاً في جوالك، فقد تحفظ Google نسخة من قواعدك وإعداداتك وسجلّك في حسابك. كلمات المرور ورموز البوت لا تُنسخ أبداً. يمكنك حذف النسخة من إعدادات Google على جوالك أو من Google Drive ← النسخ الاحتياطية.
• تاريخ التجربة: يحفظ التطبيق تاريخ بدء التجربة فقط في Block Store من Google حتى لا تتكرر التجربة. لا يحتوي على أي رسالة، ويُحذف مع حذف النسخ الاحتياطية من حسابك.
• الرسائل المحوَّلة: موجودة لدى الوجهة التي اخترتها (بريدك أو تيليجرام أو Slack أو غيرها)، وتُحذف من هناك.

We don't create an account for you, and we run no server that receives or stores your messages. All your data (rules, settings, history and destination logins) is on your phone only. To delete it:

• In the app: clear History from the History screen, and delete the rules you no longer want.
• Everything: Android Settings, Apps, SMS Forwarder, Storage, Clear data, or uninstall the app.
• Google backup: if backup is on for your phone, Google may keep a copy of your rules, settings and history in your account. Passwords and bot tokens are never backed up. You can delete the backup in your phone's Google settings or in Google Drive, Backups.
• Trial date: the app saves only the trial start date in Google's Block Store, so the trial isn't repeated. It contains no message, and it is removed when you delete the backups in your account.
• Forwarded messages: these are with the destination you chose (your email, Telegram, Slack or others), and are deleted there.
